Exodus Epoxy and Flooring was born right here in the Tri Cities — not in a corporate boardroom, not out of a franchise playbook, but out of a genuine desire to build something meaningful for our family and our community.
We're a local family business founded in Pasco, Washington. We grew up here. We went to school here. We spend our weekends here. The Tri Cities isn't a market to us — it's home. And that changes everything about how we approach our work.
How We Started
Exodus Epoxy and Flooring launched in 2026 with one goal — to bring a higher standard of epoxy floor installation to the Tri Cities.
We saw a market full of contractors cutting corners on prep, using cheap materials, and treating customers like ticket numbers. We knew we could do it better.
So we got Leggari certified — training directly with the manufacturer of the products we install, right here in Pasco. We invested in professional diamond grinding equipment. We got fully licensed and insured. And we went to work.
Our first job was completed in April 2026. We documented every step, learned everything we could, and committed to getting better on every single install.
We're just getting started. And we're building this the right way.
